Brought to you by paul m. hickman. Take a closer look. Those are indeed hundreds of cigarette butts glued to this chair. It was a piece he put together while in graduate school. It toured a bit, but the galleries complained about the smell. Go figure.
Anyway, he found this when I mentioned a friend was trying to quit. So I forwarded it to my friend as a bit of encouragement.
I wonder what ever happened to it....?
